This 3 bedroom end-of-terrace new build was constructed in the garden of the client’s existing house. The design was created by well-known architect Zac Monro and the building was shortlisted for a RIBA award.
The ground floor has several large bi-folding doors positioned between mirrored cladding which makes the relatively small ‘infill plot’ feel spacious. In addition, this feature gives the impression the house is almost floating. The client chose very high build specification throughout and the house has a modernist style.
The kitchen was entirely bespoke and is typical of the excellent workmanship throughout the building. This project was built in association with Rebuild London.
