This large Victorian end-of-terrace house was converted into 4 flats for a developer – external works were required to create additional car parking to the rear. A dormer loft conversion and rear extension were also constructed to provide sufficient floorspace.
The project was a commercial endeavour and therefore the build specification was standard throughout. The rear extension provided the space required to accommodate two ground-floor flats whilst the loft conversion facilitated a self-contained one-bed flat.
The client has subsequently instructed us to undertake further projects since the completion of Mulberry Way.
