Design Build

Most architects and other companies which claim to be ‘design & build’ do not have the necessary in-house knowledge to accurately estimate the cost of a project until the initial design is complete. Usually, these companies rely on third party contractors to provide quotations which can result in budget creep, design amendments and delays. We simply do it better. Our quantity surveyors accurately estimate costs early in the process so your project budget is actually integral to the design itself.

Our design & build process has been refined to deliver projects extremely efficiently with award winning results. For example, we are able to produce construction drawings within a 7 day period - this process alone typically takes most firms over a month. Please feel free to contact us if you have a project in mind which you would like to discuss.

  • Finalise Costs
  • Create Construction Programme
  • Sign Construction Contract
  • Payment of Deposit
