The project is a commercial investment for the client and therefore the build specifications will be standard throughout. 5 of the rooms will have en-suites whilst the smallest bedroom of the house will be situated directly next to the largest bathroom.
The side return extension will provide a large open-plan kitchen & living area for the occupants to also use as a communal area. Skylights will be added to provide plenty of natural light in the kitchen and large bi-fold doors will allow the garden area to become used as an addition to the open-plan living space.
